Hooray, another animal pedal!
I love animal pedals! I should create them more often. Maybe I should create nothing else. They are always charming, cute, and helpful. They do not burden you with apocalyptic imagery or allusions to modern aberrations. They are simply… themselves!
And, of course, they usually sound immaculate. Take the Grasshopper: its chirpings, whirrings, and stridulations—interrupted by the occasional jolly munching sound when it tucks into a smaller colleague—are rivalled by none. Certainly not by anything a human being could produce on an unpedalled guitar!
Unique, beautiful, lovely. That’s animals for you.
